Shanghai Port FC's unbeaten home run against teams from Korea Republic will come under test when they host Gwangju FC in the AFC Champions League Elite™ 2024/25 on Tuesday.

China PR’s Shanghai Port head into the tie on seven points, five behind tournament debutants Gwangju.

Shanghai Port will, however, be confident of taking the points as they will still be buzzing from doing the Chinese domestic double and having defeated Ulsan HD 3-1 on Matchday Five.
Unbeaten in six home matches (W3 D3) against teams from Korea Republic, Shanghai Port will expect Oscar to lead their challenge, with the Brazilian having made at least one assist in three successive matches.

Gwangju shrugged off their 2-0 defeat against Japan’s Vissel Kobe to beat Shanghai Shenhua 1-0 on Matchday Five and will aim to carry that momentum into the tie against Shanghai Port.
They will be bolstered by the fact that Shanghai Port leak goals, with the Chinese side yet to keep a clean sheet and having conceded 11 goals already.
